Is UK delivery free?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on UK orders. Optional Tracked & Insured Shipping costs £4.99 where available at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

What happens after I place an order?

We email your order confirmation and begin processing your order. When it is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking information in your dispatch email. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

What warranty do products have?

AiDeco products come with a 24-month warranty, in addition to your statutory consumer rights. For assistance, send your order number and a description of the issue to contact@aideco.co.uk.

Can I return an order?

For eligible online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. See our Returns & Refund Policy for instructions, costs and exceptions. Your rights for faulty goods are separate.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where useful. Our team will review the issue and explain the next steps. A delay in reporting does not remove your statutory rights.

Are payments secure?

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are processed through Shopify checkout and your selected payment provider. AiDeco does not store your full card details. Read more about our secure checkout.

Which payment methods can I use?

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Review the total amount and delivery selection before completing payment.

How do I choose the right light?

Compare the dimensions, finish and available lighting options with your room. Ask us about bulb inclusion, dimming, fitting compatibility and installation requirements if these are not clear on the product page. Fixed electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
