At AiDeco, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, and shipping destination.

All orders are processed as soon as possible after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Extended Delivery Products

Some products may require additional processing and transportation time. These items are typically delivered within:

14–28 business days

Where applicable, estimated delivery times may also be displayed on the product page.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Optional Tracked & Insured Shipping

Customers may select:

Tracked & Insured Shipping – £4.99

Available shipping options and any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within the estimated processing period, please contact our customer support team.

Out-of-Stock Products

In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

You may choose to:

Wait for the product to become available;
Receive an updated estimated delivery date; or
Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Customers may cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Photos of the external packaging;
Photos or videos of the damaged item;
Your order number.

Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when a product arrives damaged.

Please do not return any item before receiving instructions from our support team.
