Returns & Refund Policy

14-day cancellation period

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason.

How to arrange a return

Email contact@aideco.co.uk with your order number and let us know that you wish to cancel or return your order.

We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send goods to the manufacturer or our registered office unless we have instructed you to do so.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please pack them securely and include the original packaging where possible. We may reduce your refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

For eligible cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will also refund any standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage when returning goods because you have changed your mind. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the necessary return costs.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact contact@aideco.co.uk as soon as you notice a problem, providing your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where useful.

A delay in reporting a problem does not remove your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights to a refund, repair or replacement where applicable.

Cancellation exceptions

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. These exceptions do not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

24-month warranty

AiDeco products come with a 24-month warranty, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
