Returns & Refund Policy

14-day cancellation period

Changed your mind? Tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason.

How to arrange a return

Email contact@aideco.co.uk with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items to the manufacturer or our registered office unless instructed.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please pack them securely and include the original packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Refunds and return costs

For eligible cancellations, we issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund any standard outbound delivery charge; the extra cost of an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the necessary return costs. We recommend retaining proof of postage.

Faulty or damaged goods

Please report a problem as soon as you can, including photographs where useful. A delay in reporting does not remove your statutory rights. Cancellation exceptions, such as goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, do not affect your rights for faulty goods.

24-month warranty

AiDeco products come with a 24-month warranty. For help with a product issue, email us with your order details and a description of the problem. Our team will review the issue and explain the next steps. The warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
